Solution Consultant – SaaS, Cloud, HR/HCM Software

As the Solution Consultant you will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team,
as the key technical advisor and product advocate for my client’s market leading and award winning SaaS / Cloud products.
• Create solution designs based on the individual needs of customers and the company’s solution portfolio
• Prepare and execute presentations to new and existing customers
• Act as the primary interface between the sales group and the product organisation around new releases and roadmap
• Develop a deep and thorough understanding of all offerings in the product suite including features, functionality and benefits
• Ability to translate customer requirements by fitting them with the company’s solutions
• Develop tools, documents and presentations to enhance company positioning
Requirements and the individual
• Proven track record of experience in consulting or solution sales for enterprise and mid-sized customers, ideally in the area HR/HCM Software sales
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Success-oriented, pragmatic approach
• Familiar with SaaS and Cloud
• Technology-savvy and experienced in using MS Office tools
• Be comfortable with working as part of a virtual team to support colleagues in other countries
• Readiness to travel nationally (UK) and internationally
